What is the cost of delivery? 

Our prices include delivery to anywhere in Australia.

How do I pay? 
You can pay by bank transfer (preferred), paypal, cheque, credit card or money order.

How long does it take to receive my Printing material? 
They will be delivered approximately 7 – 10 business days (Express delivery 2-3days) after your payment is received.

What artwork file formats do you accept? 
We require your artwork to be in one of the following formats:  JPEG, .EPS, .TIFF, .PNG, .PSD, .AI, .PDF 
Other (please contact us if you would like to use a different format).

How long until we see a ‘soft’ proof? 

A ‘soft’ PDF proof is supplied for every order. The soft PDF proof allows the customer to confirm we are printing the correct file and that the trim marks are in the correct location. Every order must be approved prior to printing. Printing cannot commence until the proof has been approved.

How long does it take to reach the printing stage? 

After approval of the soft proof, we estimate five to ten days until it arrives with you. Sometimes there will be additional processing such as foil, embossing, diecut etc which will take approximately two-three days more.

What is dpi?
dpi means dots per inch and refers to the resolution or quality of the printing.

What is gsm? 
gsm means grams per metre and refers to the weight and thickness of the printing material.

What if there is a mistake in the printing? 

Firstly it is checked at the soft proof stage. Secondly Yun Design will be in touch with the printer to ensure that the client is happy with the results.
