선입금 정책
모든 디자인 및 인쇄물 작업은 전체 선입금이 확인된 후에만 작업이 시작됩니다.
일부 클라이언트 프로젝트는 상황에 따라 절반 금액으로 진행 가능하니, 언제든 문의해 주세요.
디자인 취소 및 수정
윤디자인은 제품 판매가 아닌, 창작 서비스이므로 디자인의 반품은 불가합니다.
디자인 작업이 시작되면 취소가 어렵고, 만족하실 때까지 수정을 도와드립니다.
작업 중 고객 사유로 중단될 경우, 진행된 부분까지의 디자인 비용은 청구됩니다. 양해 부탁드립니다.
무료 수정 횟수
명함 디자인: 2회
로고 디자인: 4회
웹사이트 디자인: 4회
메뉴 디자인: 4회
기타 모든 디자인: 2회
추가 수정 시 별도의 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.
견적 유효기간
문자나 구두로 전달된 견적은 발행일로부터 30일간 유효합니다. 프로모션, 세일 등 한정 조건이 있는 경우 유효기간 이후 가격이 변동될 수 있습니다.
작업 시안 승인 및 종료
디자인 시안 발송 후 30일 이상 연락이 없을 경우, 프로젝트는 자동 종료되며 이후 재진행 시 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.
텍스트 내용에 대한 책임
모든 문구는 고객님 제공을 원칙으로 하며, 오탈자 포함된 내용은 인쇄 후 수정이 불가하므로 제출 전 꼼꼼히 확인 부탁드립니다.
인쇄물 확인 및 책임
인쇄물은 고객님의 최종 승인 후 출력됩니다.
연락처, 주소, 웹사이트 주소 등은 반드시 확인해 주세요. 인쇄 후 오류에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
웹사이트 관련
웹사이트의 문제는 도메인, 호스팅, 플러그인 등 외부 서비스에 기인한 경우가 많으며, 이에 대한 기술적 문제는 윤디자인에서 직접적인 책임을 지지 않습니다.
디자인 원본 파일 제공
로고를 제외한 디자인은 원본 파일을 제공하지 않습니다. 이는 레시피를 제공하지 않는 요리와 같은 창작 원칙입니다.
공유된 시안(Mock-up) 이미지를 SNS에 업로드하실 경우 “@yun_design” 태그해 주시면 감사하겠습니다. (제공 형식: JPG, 웹용 pdf)
포트폴리오 공개
제작된 아트웍은 윤디자인 포트폴리오(웹사이트, 인스타그램 등)에 공개될 수 있습니다.
비공개를 원하실 경우 반드시 사전에 알려주시기 바랍니다.

📦 배송 안내
전 제품은 호주 전지역 무료배송입니다.
주문 후 제작 기간은 디자인에 따라 달라질 수 있으니, 문의 주시면 자세히 안내해 드립니다.
배송은 일반적으로 5~7 영업일이 소요됩니다.
🔁 반품/교환
저희 제품은 고객님의 요청에 따라 주문 제작되는 인쇄물이므로, 단순 변심에 의한 교환 또는 반품은 불가합니다.
인쇄 전 제공해주신 디지털 파일은 반드시 최종 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
파일 검수 없이 발생한 오류나, 고객 제공 파일의 해상도가 낮아 발생한 품질 문제에 대해서는 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
단, 제품 자체에 명백한 하자나 인쇄 오류가 있을 경우 확인 후 재인쇄 등의 적절한 조치를 취해 드립니다.
📍 배송지 정보 확인
고객님께서 제공하신 배송지 정보에 오류가 있을 경우, 그로 인한 배송 지연, 분실 또는 오배송에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
정확한 배송을 위해 주문 시 배송지 정보를 반드시 확인해 주세요.

Privacy Policy (개인정보 보호정책)
우리는 고객님의 개인정보를 매우 소중하게 생각합니다.
고객님의 이름, 이메일, 배송지 주소 등은 주문 처리 및 고객 응대 목적 외에는 절대 사용되지 않습니다.
제3자에게 고객 정보를 판매하거나 공유하지 않으며, 모든 정보는 보안이 강화된 환경에서 안전하게 처리됩니다.
원하실 경우, 언제든 개인정보 삭제 요청이 가능합니다.
Terms of Service (서비스 이용 약관)
주문 및 제작
모든 제품은 주문 확인 후 고객 요청에 따라 맞춤 제작되며, 결제 완료 후 제작이 시작됩니다.
제작 과정이 시작된 이후에는 주문 변경이나 취소가 불가능합니다.
고객 책임 사항
인쇄 전 제공되는 디지털 파일의 최종 확인은 고객님의 책임입니다.
저해상도, 오탈자 등 고객 제공 파일에 의한 문제에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
파일 제공 및 가 비용 안내
모든 디자인 결과물은 PDF 및 JPG 형식으로 제공되며, 로고를 제외한 원본 파일은 제공되지 않습니다.
추가 파일 형식 요청, 사이즈 변경, 편집 요청 등은 별도의 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.
수정 횟수
로고를 포함한 모든 디자인은 제품별로 정해진 무료 수정 횟수 내에서 제공되며, 이후 추가 수정은 추가 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.
정확한 비용은 요청 내용에 따라 개별 안내드립니다.
포트폴리오 활용 안내
제작된 모든 디자인은 윤디자인의 웹사이트, 소셜미디어 등에 포트폴리오 및 홍보 목적으로 활용될 수 있습니다.
공개를 원하지 않으실 경우, 반드시 사전에 알려주세요.
면책 조항
예기치 못한 상황(천재지변, 운송 지연, 기술 오류 등)으로 인한 서비스 지연에 대해 당사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
디자인 보관 기간
최종 인쇄 후 디자인 파일은 최대 6개월간 보관되며, 이후 안전하게 삭제됩니다.
재작업이 필요할 경우 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.
약관 변경
본 약관은 사전 고지 없이 변경될 수 있으며, 웹사이트에 게시되는 즉시 효력이 발생합니다.
항상 최신 약관을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
색상 차이에 대한 안내
디지털 화면과 실제 인쇄물 간에는 색상 차이가 발생할 수 있으며, 이로 인한 교환 또는 환불은 불가능합니다.
고객 제공 디자인의 저작권 책임
고객이 제공한 모든 콘텐츠(디자인, 이미지 등)는 해당 고객이 사용 권한을 보유하고 있는 것으로 간주되며, 저작권 침해로 인한 모든 법적 책임은 고객에게 있습니다.
긴급 제작 요청 (Rush Order)
급한 제작 요청 시, 우선 처리 수수료가 부과될 수 있으며 사전 협의 후 진행됩니다.
결제 완료 전 작업 불가
결제 전에는 어떠한 작업도 진행되지 않으며, 지연으로 인한 책임은 당사가 지지 않습니다.
Yundesign Terms & Policies (Please Read Carefully)
Prepayment Policy
All design and printing work begins only after full payment has been confirmed. For some client projects, partial (50%) payments may be accepted depending on the situation. Please inquire for details.
Cancellation & Revisions
Yundesign offers creative services, not product sales. Therefore, designs cannot be returned. Once work has begun, cancellations are not possible. We will support you with revisions until satisfaction. If the project is interrupted due to the client’s circumstances, the cost of the work completed up to that point will be charged.
Free Revision Limits
Business Card Design: Up to 2 revisions
Logo Design: Up to 4 revisions
Website Design: Up to 4 revisions
Menu Design: Up to 4 revisions
- All other designs: Up to 2 revisions
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Quotation Validity
Quotes delivered by text or verbally are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Promotional or discounted prices may change after the validity period.
Proof Approval & Project Closure
If no response is received for more than 30 days after sending the design proof, the project will be automatically closed. Any continuation will be treated as a new project and may incur additional charges.
Responsibility for Text Content
All written content must be supplied by the client. We are not responsible for typos or content errors after printing. Please double-check all submitted content carefully.
Print Approval & Responsibility
Printing is done only after the client’s final approval. Please check all information such as phone numbers, addresses, and URLs. We are not responsible for errors after approval.
Website-Related Responsibility
Any technical issues caused by domain providers, hosting services, or third-party plugins are not the responsibility of Yundesign.
Original File Policy
Original files are not provided except for logo designs. This is a creative policy similar to not sharing a recipe. If mock-up images are shared on social media, please tag @yun_design. (File formats provided: JPG, web-optimized PDF)
Portfolio Usage
All completed artwork may be included in Yundesign’s portfolio (website, Instagram, etc.). If you do not wish your design to be published, please notify us in advance.
Shipping & Returns
📦 Shipping Information
We offer free shipping across Australia. Production time may vary depending on the design. Please contact us for details. Delivery generally takes 5–7 business days.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
As all products are custom-made based on client requests, returns and exchanges due to change of mind are not accepted. Please review your digital files carefully before printing. We are not responsible for errors resulting from unverified files or low-resolution images provided by the customer. However, if the product has a clear defect or printing error, we will take appropriate action including reprinting.
📍 Address Confirmation
If there is an error in the address provided, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or incorrect deliveries. Please ensure accurate address details when ordering.

Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Your name, email, and shipping address are only used for order processing and customer support. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. All data is securely stored. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Terms of Service
Orders & Production
All products are made-to-order based on your request. Production begins only after full payment is received. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the digital files before printing. We are not responsible for issues caused by typos, low resolution, or other content errors.
File Delivery & Extra Charges
Final design files are delivered in PDF and JPG formats. Source files are not provided except for logos. Requests for alternate formats, size changes, or editing may incur additional charges.
Revision Limits
Each product includes a set number of free revisions. Additional changes may incur a fee. Exact pricing will be provided based on your request.
Portfolio Use
All designs may be published on Yundesign’s website or social media for promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you prefer your work to remain private.
Disclaimer
We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier issues, or technical errors.
File Retention Period
Design files are stored for up to 6 months after the final print. After that, they are permanently deleted. Additional charges may apply for rework after that period.
Terms Update
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Updates are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please review the latest terms before placing an order.
Color Disclaimer
There may be a difference between colors on screen and actual printed colors. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for color discrepancies.
Copyright Responsibility
All files and content submitted by the client are considered to be legally owned or licensed by them. Clients are fully responsible for any copyright infringement.
Rush Orders
Urgent design requests may incur additional fees for priority service. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
No Work Without Payment
No work will begin until payment is confirmed. Yundesign is not responsible for delays caused by unpaid or late payments.
